I build technology and share the process. From Latin America.

I want to help expand the world-class technology and companies built from Latin America. I share the real work: projects, experiments, decisions, and lessons.

01 / Selected work

Ideas, put to the test.

The problem, the decisions, and the evidence. What was built, and what remains to be validated.

01Public source

Auditable Fair-ML Policy Lab

I rebuilt candidate pre-screening as an auditable policy lab that connects data identity, validation-only policy search, uncertainty-aware governance, strict service contracts, and monitoring.

What to look for

  1. 01

Separate model fitting, policy selection, and held-out measurement.

  2. 02

Follow the evidence from the data to the governance verdict.

  3. 03

Read the evaluation limits alongside the results.

02SaliHub

SaliHub Data Architecture

Designed and evolved PostgreSQL data architecture for a multi-tenant preventive-health platform, including access control, auditability, reporting, and data-correctness work.

02 / Engineering practice

Build with technical depth.

My experience includes data, software, and AI systems. These projects show the work I can support with evidence while I explore what to build next.

  1. 01

    AI systems architecture

Translate product requirements into services, data flows, control paths, and an implementation plan a team can execute.

  2. 02

    Data foundations

Design schemas, access models, provenance, and data contracts that remain useful as the product changes.

  3. 03

    Prototype-to-system engineering

Connect models, retrieval, backend services, testing, and human workflows into one operable path.

03 / The person behind the work

From Puyo, with curiosity.

Think rigorously. Live curiously.

I grew up in Puyo, in the Ecuadorian Amazon. Learning about Alan Turing first drew me to computer science, a field where abstract questions could become systems that change what people can do.

A scholarship made it possible for me to study Computer Science Engineering at Universidad San Francisco de Quito. There, curiosity became a discipline I could use to understand problems and build.
